1. The Department of Agriculture, Kumasi intends to apply parts of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under the contract for the supply of the underlisted item:

2. TheDepartment of Agriculture, Kumasi now invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the Supply of the above item(s):

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) method procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003(Act 663), as Amended Act 2016 (Act 914) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.
3. Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender document at Department of Agriculture, Kumasi Procurement Office, Cadbury Hall, Asokwa from 9:00am to 5:00pm, each working day from Thursday, 11th October, 2018.

4. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased by the interested Tenderers upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee of GH? 300.00 for set of Tender Document atthe Finance Office,Department of Agriculture, Kumasi.

5. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 noon on Thursday, 25th October, 2018. Tenders shall be valid for 120 days after the deadline of submission of Tenders. All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of the Tender price. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened immediately after the closing time of submission of tenders in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives, who choose to attend at the Department of Agriculture, Kumasi at the Regional Director block of the main Administration block at 12:00pm, on Thursday,.25th October, 2018.

6. Tenders must be marked by the Project Name and the Contract Identification Number.
