Part VII Section 78(1) states that “any Supplier, Contractor or Consultant that claims to have suffered or that may suffer loss or injury due to a breach of a duty imposed on the procurement entity by this Act, may seek review in accordance with this part.”

TRAINING PROGRAMME ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT ACT 2003, (ACT 663) - REGISTRATION FORM
The Public Procurement Authority (PPA) will run short term (non residential) training courses on Act 663 for the following categories of stakeholders in all the 10 regional Capitals from April, 2009:
Target Group A (2 Days):
Members of Entity Tender Committees and Tender Review Boards (District, Regional, Ministerial, Central)
Target Group B (2Days)
Private Sector - (Providers of Goods, Works and Services to the public sector (Suppliers, Contractors & Consultants)
Target Group D (5 Days): Procurement Practitioners: Procurement Unit Staff / Other Officials whose work relates directly with Procurement in Entities.
